First of all, don't worry - you can switch packages at any time. Changes are always pro-rated and any remaining credit will be used for future payments.

• Want to know more about the features?

  The differentiating features between the plans are the ability to use your own branding, and the number of forms.

  There are no additional features of this paid service compared to the free and open-source Enketo application.

  You are paying just for the service, not for features.

• How many forms will you be using at a time?

  The form quota used is the number of forms that have been launched on Enketo. In other words it is the number of forms that have a unique Enketo ID (e.g. ID "abcd" in https://enke.to/_/#abcd).

  This number will normally correspond to the number of different forms (i.e. forms with a different form ID) that you have had on your own ODK Aggregate, KoBo, Ona, or Formhub server at one point. When you remove a form from your server, you can do the same in Enketo through an API call (see de-activate a survey in the API docs). This will reduce your used quota.

  In the future, some clever developer will probably automate this by building it into KoBo, Ona, Formhub and ODK Aggregate.

• What kind of tech support do you need?

  All Enketo plans include tech support in the Google Groups Forum and support by email at support@enketo.org.

  Higher level plans will get prioritized email support.

  Note that support for form building and for your server installation is not part of this service - contact the appropriate forum for support with e.g. ODK Aggregate).

• How can I link this to my own KoBo, Ona, Formhub or Aggregate installation?

  To link your Enketo account with your own installation of ODK Aggregate, follow these instructions. At the moment Aggregate integration is limited to being able to launch a form (not previewing a form or editing data).

  To link your Enketo account with your own installation of KoBo Toolbox, Ona or Formhub, follow these instructions. Enketo Smart Paper has deep and well-tested integration with KoBo and Ona, e.g. allowing you to see form previews and edit already submitted data.

  Developers wishing to explore the Enketo API to add further integration, please visit our awesome API Documentation and changes in the new v2 API.

• What if I have multiple servers I want to link?

  Only one Aggregate, KoBo, Ona, Formhub server can be linked per Enketo account at the moment. You can however open multiple accounts with the same email address by adding a `+something` to the first part (e.g. instead of joe@email.com you could use joe+server1@email.com and joe+server2@email.com). All emails will arrive in the same account.

• Do you want to replace the Enketo logo with your own?

  Though we really love our logo (developed by design master Roger Wong) we understand that professional organizations may prefer to use their own logo. The Pro plans include an easy way of uploading your logo  right inside the Enketo Account page. Only a small 'Powered by Enketo' will be visible  at the bottom of the form underneath the submit button.

• What if I want to cancel my account?

  Our cancellation procedure for paid plans is very easy. No need to call or email. No retention specialists to entertain. You can simply remove your credit card yourself at any time, by clicking the 'Remove Card' button in your account page. When you remove your card the account will silently become inactive when the next payment is due.
